On June 30 I'm going to Seoul, South Korea to teach English to a group of 3-4 graders. I will be there until August 18! This opportunity is through Taylor's TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) program. It will be a practicum experience, but I am not doing it for credit. Next summer, I will have to do another field experience for my TESOL certificate that is for credit.Earlier this summer I had to get updated on my shots and renew my passport. I've also been studying up on Korean phrases and the language.
I'm most excited about being able to live in a whole new culture and staying with a host family!
